Llandeilo Festival of Senses

Dates: November 13 – 15, 2026

This festival transforms Llandeilo into a pedestrianised wonderland. As the name suggests, it stimulates all five senses. Expect marquees filled with local food (Taste), craft stalls (Touch), and live music (Sound). It is the premier destination for high-quality Christmas shopping.

Llandovery Sheep Festival

Dates: September 19 – 20, 2026

Our town’s own celebration of heritage. The streets are closed for the "Sheep Parade," celebrating the drovers of the past. It is a colourful, fun weekend with sheepdog trials, shearing, and plenty of local cider.

Tywi Valley Open Studios

Dates: Late July / Early August 2026

A decentralized art trail where over 30 artists open their private studios to the public. Grab a map and drive down quiet country lanes to discover potters, painters, and weavers working in converted barns and chapels.
